It can perform comprehensive quality inspection on welding defects such as component misalignment, component displacement, component inversion (such as resistance flipping), component loss, polarity errors, solder joint moisture, excessive solder amount, insufficient solder amount, solder leakage, virtual soldering, bridging, solder balls (solder balls between pins), and component lifting (vertical monument).
The mechanical assembly line for gear shift actuators has introduced advanced production equipment such as servo press fit machines and C-type gas-liquid boosters, as well as multi station air tightness testing equipment, which can meet the requirements of online air tightness testing, waterproof testing, and sealing testing of products, greatly improving production capacity and product offline qualification rate.
